Open Wide is the third studio album by Inhaler, the Irish rock n’ pop band.
Frontman Elijah Hewson (son of U2's Bono) has described the record as a reflection of his quarter-life crisis, dealing with the struggles of getting older, young love, and the tension of being unable to leave a toxic relationship.
The album was produced by Kid Harpoon—who has worked with Harry Styles and Miley Cyrus.
Musically, the band leans into 80s-inspired synths while keeping their driving, guitar-heavy roots. The title track, "Open Wide," was inspired by that final breath you take right before jumping off a cliff into deep water. It sets the tone for a record all about stepping out of your comfort zone and embracing change.
