This edition is a New AAA - All-Analogue Cut, celebrating the 60th anniversary of “Small Faces’” debute album.
Small Faces is a landmark of the British mod era, full of youthful energy, confidence and musical ambition. Led by the powerhouse vocals of Steve Marriott and the song-writing of Marriott and Ronnie Lane, it moves easily through R&B, soul and sharp, infectious pop.
Featuring some of the band’s earliest classics, Small Faces captures the raw talent and distinctive sound that helped shape 1960s British rock. More than sixty years on, it still feels vital, carrying the spirit of Swinging London and a band right at the heart of a wider cultural shift.
The edition has been cut at Abbey Road Studios by Alex Wharton, from analogue sources, keeping the warmth and character of the original recordings intact. Each vinyl comes housed in premium packaging: a heavy duty card sleeve, embossed Thousand Club logo, individual foil numbering, a foil sticker and a protective PVC sleeve.
