Once horror fan screenwriter Kevin Williamson teamed up with slasher maestro Wes Craven, they created what would become, according to The Economist and others, one of the great horror film series, literally re-energising the genre, in 1996’s Scream. Then-relatively new film composer Marco Beltrami rounded out the filmmaking trio with his avant-garde orchestral techniques creating a suspense–horror style perfect for the franchise. Now 30 years later Varèse Sarabande celebrates Scream's 30th anniversary with this new collectible LP edition in a special die-cut sleeve.
